What is the difference between macro and micro lens. I am looking to buy a close up lens and would like help deciding, so I only buy the macro lens once.
Hello Fred, There is no difference. They are the same it's just Nikon calls their macro lenses, Micro?
Which lens to choose between for D90 or D7000 :
- nikon 60 or 85 or 105
- sigma 105mm
- tamron 60 or 90mm
Finshape, I have the tamron 90 and love it. But if i had to replace it, it would be with the Sigma Macro 150mm F2.8 EX DG HSM. Tuff decision I know I was in the same boat. They are all good and sharp!
